On the afternoon of December 10th, Bai Guoqiang, the Chief Engineer of Shanghai Municiple Bureau of Ecology and Environment (hereinafter referred to as “SMBEE”), and his delegation visited SPC for ecological and environmental protection investigation and debriefing SPC on the preliminary plan for its third-round of comprehensive environmental improvement. Guan Zemin, General Manager of SPC and Qiu Yunli, Deputy Chief of Jinshan district attended the report meeting.
The HSSE Department of SPC maily reported the comprehensive environmental improvement in the first two rounds and the preliminary plan for the next round.
Bai Guoqiang approved SPC’s work in the first two rounds and emphasized that Jinshan district, as the city’s promoting platform of the ecology and environment, should work with SPC to make good conclusion of the experience in the first two rounds and head for green development, industrial upgrading, energy level promotion and circular low-carbon development.
