Recently, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as SSE) released evaluation results of information disclosure in 2019 of listed companies. SPC was ranked level A for information disclosure again.
Evaluation of information disclosure by SSE is a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of information disclosure, the information disclosure by product, the construction of information disclosure system, the daily performance of the board secretaries, and the management of investor relations of listed companies. It is divided into four grades, among which the highest grade is ‘A’.
SPC continuously strives to ameliorate working method, improve the quality of information disclosure, constantly perfect the information disclosure system, continuously optimize the management of investor relations, maintaining the benign interaction between the company and the capital market.
