The integrated management system covers various production, operation and management activities of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the SPC) . Starting from the second half of 2010, SPC has conducted in-depth research and analysis on the management system, operating mechanism, system status, internal and external environment, and gradually integrated quality, environment, occupational health and safety, energy management, training management, measurement, laboratory management, and the integration of management system standards such as the integration of industrialization and industrialization requires integration, and the goal of "a set of documents supporting multiple management systems" is gradually realized based on the principle of "common compatibility and individual complementarity".
After the establishment of an integrated management system in SPC, the supervisory mode of the operation and management of SPC has been transformed from internal and superior supervision to internal, superior and third-party supervision, and from professional line supervision to comprehensive supervision, take corrective and preventive measures to ensure continuous improvement.
By advancing the construction of integrated management system, SPC has further standardized management behavior and improved management efficiency and work quality. "Four transformations" have been achieved in management: first, the management system has changed from decentralized management to centralized integration; second, corporate management has changed from department-centric to business-centric; third, the way of working has changed from habit and experience to transformation of handling affairs according to procedures and systems; fourth is the transformation of system management from loose to overall planning and unified coordination.
In order to achieve the goal of building a “Leading domestic and world-class”refining and petrochemical enterprise in SPC, a supporting management system and operating mechanism shall be set up to support the company’s development during the 13th five-year plan period and to adapt to human resources planning and daily production and operation, should make clear the goal and direction of management innovation and optimization during the 13th five-year plan period, straighten out the management system and mechanism, and release development vitality.

On January 30, 2016, SPC obtained the quality management system certification (registration number: 00316Q20107RIL) accredited by the Shanghai Quality System Audit Center.
On January 30, 2016, SPC obtained the environmental management system certification (registration number: 00316E10051RIL) accredited by the Shanghai Quality System Audit Center.
On January 30, 2016, SPC obtained the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification accredited by the Shanghai Quality System Audit Center (registration number: 003136S2002843RIL).
On January 30, 2016, SPC obtained the training management system evaluation certificate accredited by the Shanghai Quality System Audit Center (registration number: 00316T10001R0L).
On April 25, 2015, SPC was awarded the first batch of 200 Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China Enterprises that passed the evaluation of the Integrated Management System (certificate number: CSAIII-00315IIIMS002601) .
On January 23, 2017, SPC obtained the energy management system certification (registration number: SAC16En20001R0L) issued by the Shanghai Quality System Audit Center.
On June 13, 2017, Shanghai Petrochemical obtained the laboratory accreditation certificate of China National Accreditation Committee (Registration Number: CNAS L0435)
